The object of the above entitled action is To obtain judgment against the defendant(s) in the amount of $251.51 for damage sustained to the plaintiffás property as a result of an automobile collision with a utility pole owned by the plaintiff, plus interest from the date of judgment plus court cost.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the plaintiff has used due dilligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendant without effect.
It is ordered that the defendant do serve upon Brenda K Marshall, magistrate, whose address is 401 2nd Street, Suite 12 Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 1-30-19, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the defendant at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
