Harrah is authorized under Rule 4(e)(C) of West Virginia Rules of Civil Procedure (WVRCP), it is hereby ORDERED that publication of service in the above-styled action shall be made upon Defendant Rebecca M. Harrah by publishing the same in The Register-Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in Raleigh County, West Virginia, hereby designated as the newspaper most likely to give Defendant actual notice of the action. Pursuant to Rule 4(e)(C) of the WVRCP, “such order of publication shall be published once a week for two successive weeks.” On or before :____, 2016, Defendant shall appear, defend, and serve upon Mark D.
