The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment against the defendant as a result of an automobile accident that occurred on or about January 6, 2013.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in the action that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the Defendant, Danielle Nichole Irick, without effect. W.VA,R.Civ. Pro.4(e)(1).
It is ordered that Danielle Nichole Irick, do serve upon John R. Angotti., plaintiffás attorney, whose address is 274 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 4, 2015, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Danielle Nichole Irick, at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at her office.
