The object of the above entitled action is a suit for an Unlawful Detainer,
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Kevin Barr and Cheryl Barr are individual defendants and that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendants, without effect, and that in this action that D. Geoff Varney, Esquire, counsel for plaintiff, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the defendants Kevin Barr and Cheryl Barr via personal service on August 19th, August 20th, August 21st, August 26th, 2014 without effect, it is therefore
ORDERED that Kevin Barr and Cheryl Barr do appear and serve upon D. Geoff Varney, Esquire, and the law firm of Samuel I. White, PC, plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400 Charleston, West Virginia 25301, an answer or other response to the Complaint on or before 01-29-15, otherwise judgment by default will be entered against Kevin Barr and Cheryl Barr at any time thereafter.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located in Wood County, West Virginia.
