Now comes the Petitioner, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, by counsel, Christopher A. Dawson who states that the object of the above styled suit is to release a Deed of Trust dated October 13, 2005, to Charles Carl, III and/or William C. Keaton, Trustees, for the benefit of Douglas L. Whitacre and Patricia F. Whitacre and appearing of record in Deed of Trust Book 406, Page 245.
It is ordered that Respondents, Unknown Heirs of Patricia F. Whitacre (Deceased), do serve upon Christopher A. Dawson, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfield & Associates, LPA, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227, and file the Court an answer or other defense to the Petition file in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
