REAL PROPERTY LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF PARKERSBURG, WOOD COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FIRST TRACT: BEING all of Lot No. One Hundred and Thirty-four (134) in what is known as Panorama Addition to the City of Parkersburg, a plat of which is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia in Plat Book 2, at page 43 and Plat Book 3, at page 40, to which reference is made for a more particular description of said lot, which lot fronts 40 feet on Liberty Street.

SECOND TRACT: All of that certain 8á by 40á strip of land adjoining the rear 40 feet of what is known as Lot Number 134 of Panorama Addition to the City of Parkersburg, West Virginia, a plat of which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, \Vcst Virginia in Plat Book 3, at page 40, said strip being a portion of a 16 foot alley known as East Plum Street.

BEING the same real property conveyed unto Brian C. Vanway by Deed dated October 10, 2014 and recorded in Deed Book 1221, at page 235.

NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that the above-styled matter has been filed in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, pursuant to the West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act (West Virginia Code 60A-7-701, et. seq.). Any person or corporation having a claim to the hereinafter described property shall, on or before the 15th day of April,

2019 file, in writing, their claim to said property with the Clerk of said Court, which said claim must clearly state the identity of the claimant and an address where legal process can be served upon such person or corporation. A copy of said claim shall be delivered to Patrick O. Lefebure, Prosecuting Attorney, Counsel for Petitioners, at the Office of the Wood County Prosecuting Attorney, Judge Donald Black Annex, 317 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101.

Pursuant to West Virginia Code 60A-7-705 (c)(1-6), the following information is given: (1) the property subject to seizure which is the subject of the petition filed is:

BEING the same real property conveyed unto Brian C. Vanway by Deed dated October 10, 2014 and recorded in Deed Book 1221, at page 235;

(2) The Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force is responsible for the seizure; (3) the property was seized on February 21, 2019 at 2613 Liberty Street, Parkersburg, Wood County West Virginia;(4) the only owners of the property subject to forfeiture known to Petitioners is Brian Christopher Vanway, whose address is 819 39th Street, Vienna, West Virginia; (5) the person having possession of the seized property was Aurelius Edmonds, Jr., whose address is 1006 18th Street, Vienna, West Virginia; and (6) a request to the above named Court to enter an Order directing ownership of said property in the State and the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force will

be made.
