RESIDENTS
The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session on Thursday, the 16th day of May, 2019, at 6:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of the Old Municipal Building, 100 Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV, will conduct a public hearing on the application of Sherry Phillips, 109 Thorn Street, Princeton, WV 24740, for a SPECIAL USE PERMIT to operate a church, New Covenant Church of Princeton, at 202 Princeton Avenue, Princeton, WV, in the Residential (R-2) Zone. (City Tax Map 11, Parcel 171.1).
The Zoning Code of the City of Princeton requires a Special Use Permit from the Board of Zoning Appeals to operate a church in the Residential (R-2) Zone in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia.
At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
