PROPOSAL NUMBER 2026-1-2 Request for Proposal The Tri-State Transit Authority (TTA) will accept sealed proposals for the purchase to Request for Proposals (RFP) to Supply, Install, Configure, Test, and Commission Cradlepoint R2400 (or Equal) 5G Mobile Router Systems for Transit Vehicles until 2:00 p.m. local time on August 3, 2026, at 1120 Virginia Avenue West, Huntington, West Virginia, 25704 and then at said offices all proposals will be publicly opened and read. TTA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in proposals on such basis as the Authority deems to be in its best interest. Any contract resulting from proposals submitted is subject to a financial assistance contract between TTA and the U.S. Department of Transportation.
