NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Town of Bluefield, Virginia will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on May 14, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall of the Town of Bluefield at 112 Huffard Drive in Bluefield, Virginia. This said PUBLIC HEARING is being held to receive input on the Town of Bluefield’s proposed acquisition of the property commonly known as Fincastle on the Mountain in Bluefield, Virginia. Such acquisition would be made by the Town of Bluefield for one or more of the purposes described under 15.2-1800 et seq. of the Code of Virginia (1950) as amended. The said property is more particularly described herein this notice as follows, to wit:
