Public Hearing A Public Hearing on: ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADDING SECTION 753.04 TO ARTICLE 753 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SHINNSTON, WEST VIRGINIA, THEREBY PROVIDING RATES AND CHARGES FOR FIRE FEES FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF SHINNSTON, WEST VIRGINIA, BUT WITHIN THE SHINNSTON VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT’S FIRST DUE AREA will be held on September 28th, 2020 at the Shinnston’s Woman’s Club 28 Bridge Street, Shinnston, WV. Comments from citizens can be made at the meeting or written comments can be sent to the City Manager at 40 Main Street, Shinnston, WV 26431. Comments by mail must be received by 4 P.M. on the day of the meeting.
