PUBLIC HEARING

The Morgan County Solid Waste Authority will hold a public hearing concerning the five-year update of the Comprehensive Litter and Solid Waste Control Plan.  The hearing will take place at our office at 180 S. Washington St., Berkeley Springs, WV on April 15, 2024 , at 10 a.m., during which time public comments will be heard.  The plan may be reviewed at the Morgan County library at 105 Congress St., Berkeley Springs, WV, Morgan County Clerk’s Office and the Eastern Panhandle Regional Planning Office in Martinsburg, WV. Written comments will be accepted until April 26, 2024 and may be sent to Judy Fisher, Chair at 180 S. Washington St., Berkeley Springs, WV or emailed to:  mcswa2010@ yahoo.com.
