PUBLIC HEARING The City of Beckley Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on the appeal of Edward Lilly, owner, 328 North Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV, Map 12, Parcel 46.0, to the order issued by City of Beckley Building Official Robert L. Cannon, to demolish the structure at 328 North Kanawha Street, as unoccupied, unmaintained, unsafe, substandard, unfit for occupancy, health and safety hazard, and both a public and attractive nuisance. Anyone who wishes to be heard should be present at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 21, 2015, in Common Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV.
