Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Aide’s Discount Store, Inc. for a Variance from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request to install a new sign that will need sign variance on size and location at Red Oak Shopping Center, Ronceverte. The subject property is zoned Commercial, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 260 on Page 241 and shown on Tax Map 14 as Parcel 14.
PUBLIC HEARING 2: The Board will consider the request and application of Brandon Black a Variance from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request to construct a 4 unit multi-family residence that will need variance on the rear and side setbacks at 104 Baker Street, Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Commercial, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 574 on Page 29 and shown on Tax Map 9G as Parcel 101.
