NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
CITY OF LEWISBURG WATER RATE ORDINANCE
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, on the following ordinance which was introduced on Tuesday, April 16, 2019. Any person interested may appear before the City Council of the City of Lewisburg (the “City”) at the City Hall, 942 Washington Street, Lewisburg, West Virginia, and present any comment or protest thereto. Following which hearing City Council shall take such action as it shall deem proper. The proposed ordinance is titled:
AN ORDINANCE SETTING FORTH THE RATES, FEES AND
CHARGES FOR SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS OF THE
WATERWORKS SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF LEWISBURG.
The proposed water rate ordinance may be inspected by the public at the Office of the Recorder in the City Hall, 942 Washington Street, Lewisburg, West Virginia, during regular office hours.
