PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: Availability of a federal grant plan for public review for the proposed use and distribution of funds. The purpose is to receive comment on the proposed use of funds for 2019. The grant reviewed will be the Department of Energy (US DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program. A public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 10:00 AM, at 1900 Kanawha Blvd., East, Capitol Complex, Building 3, Conference Room 703. All written comments must be received before 5:00 PM, on April 18, 2019. Copies of the plan are available March 29, 2019, by accessing the following website:

-program or by writing: WV Development Office, 1900 Kanawha Blvd., East, Capitol Complex, Building 3, Suite 700, Charleston, WV, 25305. Limited copies will be available at the hearing. The public comment period will begin on March 29, 2019 and conclude on April 18, 2019. Anyone may submit written comments regarding the proposed use of these funds to Weatherization Manager, WVDO, 1900 Kanawha Blvd., East, Capitol Complex, Building 3, Suite 700, Charleston, WV 25305.

NOTICE

 

TO:  JOSEPH HESSON

 

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, pursuant to provisions of W.Va. Code Œ48-22-206 et seq., that a petition for adoption of your child, L.J.H., born 7/18/2016, has been filed in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia. The petition alleges that you are the childás birth father, and that you have abandoned him.

 

NOTICE: You are hereby notified that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding and that you may appear and defend any such rights within the required time after such service. If you hereby properly served and fail to respond within the required time after its service, you may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.

 

A copy of the Petition may be obtained by the Father from the undersigned clerk at the office, located at Wood County Courthouse, 2 Government Sq., Room 131, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26101. Notice and a copy of the Petitioner shall also be served accordingly under W.Va. Code Œ48-22-206.

 

You are further notified that a final adoption hearing will be held on 6th day of May, 2019 at 10:30 am, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Jason Wharton, Circuit Judge, at the Wood County Courthouse, Parkersburg, West Virginia.
