NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Parsons, a municipal corporation, will hold a final vote on a proposed Tower Site Lease Agreement with Micrologic, Inc. The premises being leased is a tract of land located at 644 Water Plant Road, Parsons, West Virginia 26287. The initial term of said lease agreement is for twenty (20) years with renewal options for additional twenty (20) year periods on the same terms. Rent for said premises shall be in the form of free unlimited broadband service.
The final vote on said lease agreement shall be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at 6:00 P.M. (EDT) in the Council Chambers, located on the first floor of the Charles W. “Bill” Rosenau Municipal Building, 341 Second Street, Parsons, West Virginia. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time with respect to said lease agreement. Copies of said lease agreement are available at the Parsons Business Office, located at 341 Second Street, Parsons, West Virginia, between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. (EDT), Monday through Friday, except holidays. The said lease agreement may be materially amended at said meeting.
If adopted, said lease agreement shall immediately become effective from the time of its passage.
