PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING The RCSWA will be conducting a public information meeting on Monday, January 25, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.. The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public of the RCSWA proposed Gas to Energy Project involving the utilization of the landfill gas to power generators which will generate electricity as a green energy project. The meeting will be conducted at the RCSWA Administration Office located at 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801.
