It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that IRENE SUSAN JANE BAILEY’s, address is unknown in the State of West Virginia, therefore, it is hereby ordered that IRENE SUSAN JANE BAILEY serve upon JUSTIN L. HARDMAN, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 500 Green Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26101, an Answer, including any related Counterclaim or Defense that IRENE SUSAN JANE BAILEY may have to the Petition for Divorce, filed in this action on June 1, 2021. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trail, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
