It appearing that the Father, UNKNOWN FATHER, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on SEPTEMBER 3, 2021, at the hour of 1:00 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, UNKNOWN FATHER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, THE FOURTH CIRCUIT PUBLIC DEFENDER CORPORATION, 320 JULIANA STREET, SUITE 101, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 699-3810.
