NOTICE
On June 30, 2021, B&M Dumpster Rentals LLC, filed an application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to rent dumpsters for trash disposal in certain areas in West Virginia pursuant to W. Va. Code ยง24A-2-5..
On July 19, 2021, Commission Staff recommends the application be published describing the certificate as follows:
To operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the
transportation of residential trash, rubbish, refuse and
garbage by roll-off contain service only from points and
places in Jackson, Pleasants, Wirt, and Wood Counties
in West Virginia to places of disposal.
Rates:
15 yard dump trailer $240 for one day $15 per additional day
17 yard dump trailer $270 for one day $15 per additional day
Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication. If no protests are received, the Commission waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Request to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
