Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of Sept, 2021, at 9:00 o’clock, a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner,Valerie Wenzel will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Hannah Elise Veal to Hannah Elise Smith. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
