REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Proposals are being accepted for the services of a Certified Real Estate Appraiser to assist Claywood Park Public Service District with easement and condemnation activities on their Spring Valley Wastewater Collection System Project in Wirt County, WV. The work involves construction easements and right of entry on up to 150 lots.
All interested Certified Real Estate Appraisers are invited to contact Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Council to request further information to refine the scope of work and discuss and define a bulk appraisal rate.
