On or about November 3, 2020, E.T.K.D. the above-named child, was born to MADISON DONAWAY. It appearing that the Father, JAMIL CABRAL, of the above-named child’s whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on September 1, 2021, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable J.D. Beane, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, JAMIL CABRAL, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JEFF REED, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 4420 ROSEMAR ROAD, UNIT 101-A, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304)917-3645.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, JAMIL CABRAL, with respect of the above-named child, E.T.K.D.
