It appearing that the Father, TYLER JACKSON, of the above-named child, whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on SEPTEMBER 22, 2021, at the hour of 1:00 o’clock p.m. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, TYLER JACKSON, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, F. JOHN OSHOWAY, ATTORNEY AT LAW, POST OFFICE BOX 4185, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 377-2499.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, TYLER JACKSON with respect of the above-named children, W.J.
