BEGINNING at a point on the north side of Thirteenth Street, 227.5 feet west of the northwest corner of the intersection of Thirteenth Street and Dillaway Street, at the corner of Lot No. 12 of Neals T.A. Cook Addition to the City of Parkersburg; thence with said northerly line of Thirteenth Street in an easterly direction 45.5 feet to a point and extending back between two parallel lines an even distance of 150 feet to an alley.
BEING the same real property conveyed unto Toni Johnson by Deed dated February 26, 1998 and recorded in Deed Book 978, at page 656.

AMENDED NOTICE
This Notice is Amended to correct the street address in paragraphs (3), (4) and (5) below.
Notice is hereby given that the above-styled matter has been filed in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, pursuant to the West Virginia Contraband Forfeiture Act (West Virginia Code 60A-7-701, et. seq.). Any person or corporation having a claim to the hereinafter described property shall, on or before the 15th day of September, 2021 file, in writing, their claim to said property with the Clerk of said Court, which said claim must clearly state the identity of the claimant and an address where legal process can be served upon such person or corporation. A copy of said claim shall be delivered to Patrick O. Lefebure, Prosecuting Attorney, Counsel for Petitioners, at the Office of the Wood County Prosecuting Attorney, Judge Donald Black Annex, 317 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101.
Pursuant to West Virginia Code 60A-7-705 (c)(1-6), the following information is given: (1) the property seized which is the subject of the petition filed is REAL PROPERTY LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF PARKERSBURG, COUNTY OF WOOD, STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING at a point on the north side of Thirteenth Street, 227.5 feet west of the northwest corner of the intersection of Thirteenth Street and Dillaway Street, at the corner of Lot No. 12 of Neals T.A. Cook Addition to the City of Parkersburg; thence with said northerly line of Thirteenth Street in an easterly direction 45.5 feet to a point and extending back between two parallel lines an even distance of 150 feet to an alley. BEING the same real property conveyed unto Toni Johnson by Deed dated February 26, 1998 and recorded in Deed Book 978, at page 656; (2) the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force is responsible for the seizure; (3) the property was seized on April 27, 2021 at 909 13th Street, Parkersburg, Wood County West Virginia; (4) the only owners of the property subject to forfeiture known to Petitioners is Toni Johnson, whose address is 909 13th Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia; (5) the person having possession of the seized property at the time of the seizure was Toni Johnson, whose address is 909 13th Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia and Carolyn Falls, whose address is 909 13th Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia; and (6) a request to the above named Court to enter an Order directing ownership of said property in the State and the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force will be made.
