The object of the above-captioned action is custody of a child and possible termination of parental rights. Notice is hereby given that an Adjudicatory Hearing for Mark Snyder will be held before The Honorable Ronald E. Wilson, Judge, in his Chambers located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia, on October 27, 2021, at 9:00 a.m.
The purpose of the hearing and proceeding is to determine whether the parental rights of the Respondent, MARK SNYDER, biological father to L.S., S.S., and M.S., should be permanently terminated.
Notice is hereby further given to the Respondent, MARK SNYDER, of his right to counsel at every stage of the proceeding.
Notice is hereby further given to the Respondent, MARK SNYDER, that a copy of the petition for custody and possible termination of parental rights can be obtained from the Hancock County Circuit Clerk at the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia. Notice is further given to MARK SNYDER that you may not receive further notice of these proceedings.
