NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE
PROPOSED PARTIAL ABANDONMENT OF 585.3 FEET (0.11 MILE) OF OLD WEST VIRGINIA 5 RIGHT-OF-WAY
LOCATED IN RANDOLPH COUNTY
The West Virginia Division of Higways hereby provides notice of the proposed partial abandonment of old West Virginia 5 right-of-way, beginning at a point in the northern existing right-of-way line of US 33, said point being 0.1 mile southeast of the eastern junction of US 33 and CR 33/6; thence 585.3 feet along the old alignment of Old WV 5 and ending.
Total lenght of Old WV 5 right-of-way to be abandoned is 585.3 feet (0.11 mile).
The District is requesting the abandonment on behalf of the adjacent property owner, Johnathan Magee.
