ORDER OF PUBLICATION AND OBJECT OF SUIT
The object of this suit is to order the Judicial Sale of real estate located at Lot 1508 Crescent Street. Parkersburg West Virginia, to settle estate claims and abate a public nuisance.
TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS

It appearing that Defendants Scott Simonds, Steve Simonds, Kenneth Simonds and/or other known parties may now be non-residents of the State of West Virginia, and may have an interest in the real property that is the subject of this action, it is hereby ORDERED that the above named Defendants, or other unknown parties, serve upon Robert K. Tebay, III, LC, Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 251, Parkersburg, WV 26102-0251, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Complaint filed in the action, on or before September 30th, 2021. If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgement upon proper hearing and trial may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
