The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that MICHAEL JOE BARKER, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, MICHAEL JOE BARKER, Respondent, serve upon BRIDGET NICHOLE BARKER, Petitioner, whose address is 1565 Montgomery Hill Road, Walker, WV 26180 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 27, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
