The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that ELDON ALLEN, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, ELDON ALLEN, Respondent, serve upon CRYSTAL MAE RUNYON, Petitioner, whose address is 1115 24th St. Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 27, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
