NOTICE AND INVITATION FOR COMMENT
On August 11, 2021, the Public Service Commission of
West Virginia (Commission) opened a general
investigation into the continuation of natural gas service
to customers and areas supplied by and dependent on
natural gas provided by the production, transmission
and gathering lines and facilites owned and operated by
Equitrans L.P., in Braxton, Doddridge, Gilmer, Marshall,
Monongalia, Marion, Taylor, Harrison, Wetzel, Tyler and
Ritchie counties. Interested parties should submit
written comments and/or responses to the Executive
Secretary of the Commission at P.O. Box 812,
Charleston, WV 25323. Comments and responses are
due by September 9, 2021. Interested parties may
review the order opening then general investigation
online at http://www.psc.state.wv.us/
