NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated August 14, 2019, from Jason Earl Wood to Marc B. Lazenby, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Randolph County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 578, at page 429, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $62,917.02, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Randolph County Courthouse in Elkins, West Virginia, on October 6, 2021 at 9:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, a certain tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Huttonsville District, Randolph County, West Virginia, more particularly bound and described as follows:
Being Lot No. 21 of the Siertl Addition to the Town of Mill Creek,
described as follows: Beginning at a stake on the North side of
the Channell Road, running thence N 41* 30′ W 33.2 feet to a stake;
thence N 38* 28′ E 198.5 feet to a stake; thence S 18* 46′ E 134.9 feet to a stake in the North side of Channell Road; thence with the North
side of Channell Road, S 70* 00′ W 156.5 feet to the place of
beginning, and containing 0.33 acres, more or less.

Being the same property conveyed from Heather Elizabeth Cade to Jason Earl Wood by Deed dated August 14, 2019, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 602, at page 531.
Terms of sale: Ten percent nonrefundable cash deposit due at sale. Ninety percent balance of purchase price due within thirty days of date of sale.
