NOTICE
On July 28, 2021, the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing indefinitely suspended the license of Mendy Kay Plasters, RN, PA License No. RN588286, last known of Weirton, West Virginia, and Fountaintown, Indiana, until such time as she proves that she is fit to practice nursing with reasonable skill and safety. The Board took this action based on disciplinary action being taken against her license by the proper licensing authority of another state.
