The City of Follansbee will be accepting sealed bids for the construction of the Raymond Stoaks Plaza Revitalization Plan located next to the Follansbee City Building at 872 Main Street, Follansbee, WV 26037. Scope of Supply can be received from City Manager, Mr. Jack McIntosh, via email at

There will be a mandatory pre-bid walk through on September 13, 2021, at 12:00 pm, at the Follansbee City Building Council Chambers. Bids received from persons not participating in the mandatory pre-bid walk through will be rejected. Sealed bids must be hand delivered or mailed (emails or electronic submission will not be accepted) to the Follansbee City Building at 872 Main Street, Follansbee, WV 26037 to the attention of City Manager, Mr. Jack McIntosh, by Friday, September 29, 2021, at 3:00 pm. The Sealed bid must be received by the City Manager’s Office by Friday, September 29, 2021, at 3:00 pm, or the bid will be rejected. “Sealed Bids” must be written across the seal of the package. All Sealed bids received without “Sealed Bids” written across the seal of the package will be rejected. The City of Follansbee reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
