Legal Advertisement for Janitorial/Cleaning Services
The Parkersburg Housing Authority is receiving proposals for cleaning/janitorial services. Services will be conducted at the Housing Authority’s administrative offices and vacant rental units.
Written proposals will be received in person or through the mail until 3:00p.m, September 16, 2021 at the administrative offices located at 1901 Cameron Avenue, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26101. In selecting the most qualified firm to perform these services, consideration will be given to the criteria listed in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Any qualified firm is encouraged to submit a proposal.
Copies of the Request for Proposals are available from the Parkersburg Housing Authority between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:00p.m, Monday through Friday, beginning August 16, 2021. Site tours of the Housing Authority’s facilities are available upon request.
