PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Vienna’s Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the program year 2020 – 21 for the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) is available for public review. The CAPER outlines the expenditures of CDBG funds during the past program year (October 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021) and also outlines programs and accomplishments including individual project status.
The CAPER can be reviewed at http://vienna-wv.com/ portal beginning September 27, 2021.
The City will accept comments on the CAPER until October 12, 2021. Written comments should be directed to City of Vienna CDBG Program, Attention: Finance Director, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105 or by calling 304-295-5070. The CAPER as well as any related comments will be sent to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for their review.
The City will also hold a public meeting concerning the CAPER on October 12, 2021 at 4 pm in the City Council Chambers of the City Building. If local and/or national circumstances should dictate, the City of Vienna will hold this public hearing via a live stream. Vienna City Council will vote on this document on October 14, 2021 during its regular meeting at the Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, West Virginia.
