The operation is discharging into Unnamed Tributary of/and Brook Run of Laurel Creek of Middle Fork River of Tygart Valley River; Hell Run and Devil Run of Middle Fork River of Tygart Valley River of Monongahela River and is located 5.4 miles, northwest of Mabie in Roaring Creek District of Randolph County, Longitude 80* 3′ 41″ and Latitude 38* 55′ 41″ (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
