On or about May 8, 2017, W.D. the above-named child, was born to DEVEENA DRAKE-SNUFFER. It appearing that the Father, TRAVIS MULLINS, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on OCTOBER 6, 2021, at the hour of 2:30 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable J.D. Beane, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, TRAVIS MULLINS, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, MICHAEL D. FARNSWORTH, JR., ATTORNEY AT LAW, P.O. BOX 83, PARKERSBURG, WV 25102 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 485-0300.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, TRAVIS MULLINS, with respect of the above-named child, W.D.
