Ritchie County Commission will be accepting bids for the following project: Construction of the Ritchie County Recycling Center. Project includes but may not be limited to the construction of a single-story 7,800 sq. ft. wood-framed slab-on-grade structure on the site of the former recycling center at RR 16 in Ellenboro, WV. The pre-engineered wood building features metal roof and siding, under-slab heating, two loading docks, overhead coiling and sectional doors, and a small mezzanine for an office and storage. Recycling equipment (balers, etc.) to be purchased and installed by owner. Electronic bid documents are available for free download at
www.pickeringplanroom.com. A mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held on September 29, 2021, at 1:30 pm at the project location at RR 16, Ellenboro, WV 26362. Bids will be due at 1:30 pm on October 12, 2021, at the Ritchie County Courthouse, Room 201, 115 E. Main Street, Harrisville, WV 26346, at which time and place a public bid opening will be held.
