IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 8A, ARTICLE 24 OF THE CODE OF WEST VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED, AND THE PARKERSBURG ZONING ORDINANCE A-2530 AS ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 27, 1973, THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2021, IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE PARKERSBURG MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA, TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING APPEALS:
A. Applicant/Owner: Chris Wilson dba The League
Room at 1722 Lynn Street, located in a B-2 District
Requesting a variance to re-install Video Lottery
Machines in a Tavern on one side of the structure
(Nip-N-Cue had them at this location).
B. Applicant/Owner: Scott & Lee Anna Thomas of
2201 17th Street, located in an R-3 District
Requesting a conditional use to install a 12 x 28
storage building on the rear portion of their lot to be
used as an appointment-only home-operated business
C. Applicant/Owner: Seth Foutty of 702 Pike Street,
located in a B-1 District
Requesting a variance for a room addition (14′ X 19′)
onto the rear of the home, a 44% increase.
