IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 21-CJA-2/3/104 MASHAE ANDERSON, biological mother of infant H.A., whose date of birth is December 18, 2018, and JAMES CROWE, JR., biological father of infant H.A., whose date of birth is December 18, 2018, natural child of Mashae Anderson.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect JAMES CROWE, JR., biological father of infant H.A., whose date of birth is December 18, 2018.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that JAMES CROWE, JR., has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant H.A., whose date of birth is December 18, 2018. It is ORDERED that JAMES CROWE, JR. is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and his is furhter ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 6th day of October, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. for a Adjudication Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of JAMES CROWE, JR., biological father of infant H.A., whose date of birth is December 18, 2018, may be terminated.
