The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that BRANDON SCOTT BALDWIN, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, BRANDON SCOTT BALDWIN, Respondent, serve upon JOSIE NICOLE SHREVE, Petitioner, C/O CELESTE RIDGWAY, CIRCUIT CLERK whose address is #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before NOVEMBER 8, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
