The object of the above entitled action is to quiet title action wherein the Plaintiff believes that no defense will be raised and the intended result will be the quieting of title/ratification of a tax sale for certain real estate located in this County. The Plaintiff brings this action because many title examiners and title insurance companies will not certify title following a tax sale and tax deed absent a court order. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff, CI Realty, LLC it is ordered that Unknown creditors of Dale L. Hupp, Robert James Posey, Jack Alan Posey, Lisa MacBell, Dale Loren Hupp II, Mark William Hupp, Patrick Kevin Hupp, Pamela Ann Berry, David William Posey, Forest Allen Hupp, Michael Wayne Hupp, Raymond D. Hupp, Geneva Michaela Mackley do serve upon the Wood County Circuit Court, whose address is 2 Government Square Room 133, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before November 5, 2021, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Unknown creditors of Dale L. Hupp, Robert James Posey, Jack Alan Posey, Lisa MacBell, Dale Loren Hupp II, Mark William Hupp, Patrick Kevin Hupp, Pamela Ann Berry, David William Posey, Forest Allen Hupp, Michael Wayne Hupp, Raymond D. Hupp, Geneva Michaela Mackley at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
