The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that SAMUEL CARL STEPHENS, II, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, SAMUEL CARL STEPHENS, II, Respondent, serve upon KAELI DAWN STEPHENS, Petitioner, whose address is 167 Delcon Dr., Waverly, WV 26184, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before NOVEMBER 19, 2021.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
