ORDER OF PUBLICATION

TO: The above-named Respondents, owner, claimants, or lienors of the land herein referred to:
You are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of November, 2021 at 11:15 a.m. of that day, or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, application will be made upon a verified Petition, to be then and there presented by the undersigned, the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, at a session of said Circuit Court to be then held at the Courthouse of said County. The Petitioner will request an order vesting defeasible title to the Petitioner of said lands, rights of way, and easements as described in the Petition for Condemnation filed in this case, pursuant to Section 14a, Article 2, Chapter 54 of the Official Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended. The land to which defeasible title is sought by the Petitioner is located in Union District, Wood County, West Virginia, and is designated as Parcel No. 105, Project No. U354-2-23.11 07, on the maps and plans of said project. Said lands, rights of way, and easements are more particularly bounded and described in the Notice filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia. A copy of the Petition may be obtained from the Clerk.
Certain persons appear of record as lienors, encumbrancers or claimants of said lands in the aforesaid Notice, as follows:
