The Ohio Board of Nursing (OBN) issued a Notice of Immediate Suspension and Opportunity for Hearing, mailed on June 23, 2021 via certified mail to Ms. Petrovich at the address of record listed above. Said delivery failed. On July 22, 2021, OBN issued a Notice of Opportunity for Hearing to Ms. Petrovich, mailed on July 23, 2021 via certified mail to the address of record listed above and to an alternate address. Said deliveries failed. The Notices state that OBN intends to consider disciplinary action against Ms. Petrovich’s nursing license based on her Jan. 2021 guilty plea to and being found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction for felony Agg. Poss. of Drugs, which would constitute grounds for disciplinary action pursuant to ORC 4723.28(B)(4) & (5). Ms. Petrovich is notified that her Ohio nursing license, RN-444215, is suspended. Ms. Petrovich is entitled to a hearing in this matter if it is requested within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice. Ms. Petrovich may appear at the hearing in person, by her attorney or by another representative permitted to practice before OBN, or she may present her position, arguments or contentions in writing.
