On or about August 6, 2013, B.T., the above-named child was born to AMBER GOWAN. It appearing that the Mother, AMBER GOWAN, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on NOVEMBER 5, 2021, at the hour of 10:30 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, AMBER GOWAN, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, MICHAEL FARNSWORTH, P.O. Box 83, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 485-0300.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, AMBER GOWAN, with respect of the above-named child, B.T.
