THE OBJECT OF THIS PROCEEDING IS TO ADJUDICATE AN ALLEGATION OF ABANDONMENT BY SETH ELAM, FATHER OF SAID S.E., INFANT.
TO THE ABOVE-NAMED SETH ELAM, FATHER OF SAID S.E., INFANT.
It is hereby ordered that Seth Elam, father of said S.E., infant, appear at the hearing set in this matter on the 19th day of November, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. o’clock or as may be continued from time to time; as the matter may be heard in the courtroom of the Circuit Court of Ritchie County, West Virginia, at Harrisville, West Virginia. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you wherein your paternal rights to said S.E., infant, may be terminated or otherwise affected.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, SETH ELAM, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JOHN SCOTT, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 215 W. Main Street, Suite 109, Clarksburg, WV 26301, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 622-9300.
A copy of the Petition may be obtained by the Father, from the undersigned Clerk at the office, located at the Ritchie County Courthouse, Harrisville, Ritchie County, West Virginia.
