It appearing that the Father, GERALD PEGGS, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on DECEMBER 3, 2021, at the hour of 3:00 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, GERALD PEGGS, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JEFFREY REED, 4420 Rosemar Center, Unit 101-A, Parkersburg, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 917-3645.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, GERALD PEGGS, with respect of the above-named child, P.P.
