AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that UPSHUR GAS GATHERING, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G35-D General Permit Registration for a natural gas compressor facility located at 443 Getout Run Rd, Rock Cave, WV 26234, in Upshur County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are N:38.820531, W-80.280958.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
NOx = 26.01 tons/yr
CO = 26.10 tons/yr
VOC = 7.44 tons/yr
PM10 = 0.50 tons/yr
PM2.5 = 0.50 tons/yr
SO2 = 0.03 tons/yr
Lead = 0 tons/yr
N-Hexane = 0.07 tons/yr
Formaldehyde = 3.24 tons/yr
HAPs = 3.34 tons/yr
CO2e = 6331
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of December 2021. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
